Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for purchasing from Yes To. We do not accept returns or make exchanges for products purchased on Yesto.com.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact our order support team at ecom@yesto.com. Please provide your order number, identify the issue with the product, and send photos of the damaged or defective item. Our order support team will reach out to you with support within 48 hours.
Purchases Made from Third Party
For purchases made through one of our retail partners, please contact the store or website directly. We are unable to provide returns, refunds or exchanges for purchases made through a retailer.
Canceling an Order
Once you have placed an order and it has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
